ITA is seeking an Administrative Division Support to join our team at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton VA.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the purchase of supplies and monitoring office inventories.
  • Manage and monitor NIPR and SIPR organizational mail boxes.
  • Incorporate multiple tasking’s, projects, and scheduling requirements and provide feedback, recommendations, scheduling, and de-confliction of requirements and initiatives as prioritized by government personnel.
  • Coordinate, communicate and assist in tasking across different internal and external Air Force units specifically across the Air Combat Command.
  • -Administer, manage and monitor records management.
  • Schedule appointments and update event calendars; arrange, schedule and monitor staff meetings; answer telephones, take messages or transfer calls.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
  • Draft, create, edit, and prepare documents, memos, email, invoices, and reports.
  • Support the arrangement and coordination of travel, hotel and conference reservations.
  • Transcribe notes and minutes at meetings.
  • Support staff in creating, developing, proofreading documents, presentations and electronic correspondences.
  • Prioritize conflicting tasks, events in the support of meeting preparations.
  • Perform communications research and provide results in a professional format.
  • Track, monitor, and assist in managing official taskings and correspondence utilizing the “Task Management Tool (TMT)” or other future tasking software.
  • The contractor shall utilize TMT or other future tasking software by developing, organizing, creating, monitoring, consolidating, responding, reporting, editing and also tasking internal Directorate offices and other units across the Command and Air Force.

Qualifications:
  • Three (3) years’ experience working in a military office environment with previous Department of Defense related experience within the last 5 years.
  • Three (3) years’ experience using computer MS Office Suite applications tools, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint in creating documents and reports, spreadsheets, presentations and the management of databases within the last 5 years.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in setup and the use of office equipment such as videoconferencing systems, facsimiles, copiers, printers, overhead projectors and other office related equipment within the last 5 years.
  • Active Secret Clearance
