We are in search of a proficient Full Charge Bookkeeper with expertise in payroll, HR, and accounting for our office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in processing Payroll through ADP and administering 401(k) benefits. Additionally, we require proficiency in Quickbooks or its equivalent, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, and bank account reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize ADP to prepare and process payroll while ensuring that employee records are up to date and accurate.
  • Administer employee benefits, such as 401(k) plans, health insurance, cash balance pension plans, and paid time off.
  • Perform data entry, reconcile bank accounts, and process checks for both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Manage HR functions, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, and employee record keeping.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting

Expertise with ADP, 401(k) benefits, cash balance pension plans, Quickbooks or equivalent, and HR functions

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Great customer service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary plus bonuses. Our firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and retirement plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
