Applied Imagination has an awesome new job opening for the right person! We are looking for a remote Administrative Assistant to work directly with the Senior Administrative Assistant in the areas of office coordination, HR coordination, operations and employee engagement and culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Administrative Assistant in daily operations of a Remote-first company.
  • Assist and coordinate multiple HR functions (PTO, Insurance, 401K)
  • Review and analyze budgets, time logs and other data.
  • Review candidate resumes and make decisions on eligibility
  • Manage employee engagement events such as holiday parties and contests
  • Communicate with diverse people on cross-functional teams
  • Manage Vendors and clients professionally
  • Manage budgets
  • Data entry
  • General scheduling
  • Answer phones
  • Review and sort mail

Qualifications

  • 1 year Office Management/Admin Assistant/HR experience required.
  • You must be highly technical- the ability to troubleshoot your own computer and other applications are required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows (or Mac OS), Word, Excel or Google Suite is required.
  • Well-spoken and well-written English required.
  • You must be able to work during Eastern Time Zone hours (9am to 6pm).
  • Must have reliable internet service.
  • Must be punctual.
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service is required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Some remote work experience preferred.
