Are you a rock star, super organized, detail oriented, go getter, Jack/Jill of all trades? If so, then we have the job for you!

We are a growing education company with contracts throughout the US. We are looking for someone who is ON THE BALL, and never lets it drop.

This is a fast paced environment, so we want someone who is a multi-tasking master and doesn't get flustered doing multiple things at once.

The duties will encompass a variety of tasks:

- phones

- organizing excel lists~MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE with EXCEL and GOOGLE SHEETS

- marketing our programs to schools (cold/warm calling will be required)

- superb customer service with parents and school admin

- working with tutors via phone/text/email

- other miscellaneous admin work

This is a PT position right now, hours are flexible as we need to cover both east and west coast.

Position is remote from home, but MUST live in PST and have knowledge of CA geography.
