Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant will support the office by being the first interaction for guests and visitors, as well as incoming callers. This role will answer questions, escort guests, and coordinate meeting rooms. This role will also assist with special events and office errands.

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Support the office by greeting guests and visitors, answering calls, and escorting visitors to their respective meetings.
  • Assist with general office duties and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Assist in planning, coordination, setup, and supervision of special events and promotions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

  • Must work independently and as a member of team.
  • Recognizes confidential information and maintains it in accordance with standard procedures.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, required.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment providing administrative and/or office support required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with all major and emerging social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to convey marketing concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Commercial real estate experience, preferred.
