A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

As an Administrative Assistant, you are crucial to our success! In order to provide our clients with the very best in plumbing & HVAC services, we need someone to pay attention to the details and keep our office running efficiently. You are responsible for a variety of office duties as well as providing great administrative support to the Controller of our company.

You see what needs to be done and jump right in with great attention to detail. You assist the Controller with weekly and month-end tasks. You keep files in order, streamline operations, and keep on top of ordering office and kitchen supplies. You will also monitor timekeeping for all employees. As you work hard to help our business grow, you feel a great sense of accomplishment.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • 2+ years of experience working as administrative staff
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Do you have strong communication skills? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you work well with others? Do you have the ability to efficiently manage your time and tasks? WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

This full-time Administrative Assistant position is Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
