JOB RESPONSIBILTY: To support Bethany Church’s mission to Love, Obey and Proclaim Jesus Christ.

The right person must display dedication, enthusiasm, commitment and confidentiality.

JOB PURPOSE: To enable the Church office and leadership to operate smoothly and to accomplish aggressive goals by providing administrative support to Pastors and Ministry Staff through clerical activities.

JOB DUTIES:

• Answering and making phone calls
• Retrieving mail
• Database/membership management
• Working with Pastoral Staff to assure assigned tasks are accomplished
• Maintaining office equipment (service contracts for copier’s, etc.)
• Other office-related duties

• Should have a minimum of the Spiritual Gift of Helps
• Should possess a minimum of an associate degree, and/or some ministry/church-related experience
• Will possess effective written and oral communication
• Must have computer proficiency, with Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to relate to a wide variety of personalities and maintain a positive attitude
• Attend occasional meetings
• Confidentiality is a must

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
