Self-Help Enterprises is hiring for an Administrative Analyst on the Emergency Services team. Emergency Services develops and administers programs to prepare families for emergencies and assists families affected by drought or water contamination to regain access to clean, safe drinking water.The Administrative Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, program analysis, grant administration and reporting, fiscal management, contract development, public presentations, and program marketing. The Administrative Analyst will at times support a variety of programs within the Emergency Services department. The Administrative Analyst will analyze current practices and develop strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and as a team member and maintain confidentiality of information
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Strong computer (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) skills
Ability to problem solve and brainstorm creative solutions in challenging situations
Ability to analyze complex data and guidelines and share that information with a diverse team
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with grant management and reporting is beneficial
