Great opportunity with the County of San Bernardino!

You will be working on an interactive project dashboard, will be collecting and organizing data within a digital location.. Will be reaching out to project managers and supervisors, scheduling meetings and collecting all data pertaining to the portfolio of projects.

Desired Qualifications

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated individuals and collaborative team players with the ability to perform complex, sensitive, and detailed administrative and analytical work involving the use of independent judgment and personal initiative to make decisions, develop solutions, and meet deadlines.

Essential knowledge, skills and abilities include:

• Ability to prepare bid packages and advertisements for procurements, be able to negotiate and administer contracts for design and construction
• Ability to conduct in-depth research, analyze and interpret a wide variety of complex data and information, identify options, and make viable recommendations
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to prepare clear and accurate administrative reports
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills with the understanding of applications such a SharePoint, MS Project and Office Suite.
