The San Diego Unified School District currently has the following full-time, 11 month Administrative Aide position available:

This opportunity is open only to candidates that have been PRE-QUALIFIED for the Administrative Aide position. Pre-qualified candidates are individuals that have applied for Pre-qualified Pool and have successfully passed the requirements/exam process. This recruitment opportunity requires the incumbent to be Bilingual in English/Spanish.

The Administrative Aide will be paid on the OTBS Salary Schedule. Salary Grade: 42 .

Examples of Duties

BASIC FUNCTION:
Assist a manager by performing delegated administrative duties and accomplishing assigned projects; coordinate school site/department functions; train and direct the work of assigned staff.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to four years of diversified administrative experience, including research and preparation of technical reports.

LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a valid California driver’s license and availability of private transportation may be required for some positions in this job class (mileage expense allowance provided).
