Position

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, personable and organised administrator to join the team supporting the Retail, Manufacturing and Hospitality business unit.

If you are looking for part-time hours Monday to Friday, working 20 hours a week (can be flexible on times worked each day), we’d love to hear from you.

Working closely with the Administration Manager and wider team, you will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the business unit runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating weekly campaign performance reports for the commercial team
  • Keep track of contributor costs and ensure monthly reports are signed off by appropriate managers
  • CRM administration – inputting information and running reports
  • Voucher administration – co-ordinate weekly complimentary magazine orders
  • Raise PO requests, reconcile invoices and co-ordinate sign off of month end reports
  • Competitor reporting
  • Book travel and accommodation as requested for the team
  • Co-ordination of events schedule (internal and external)
  • Work closely with Administration Manager on administrative tasks as required
  • Provide administration cover for when team are on annual leave or out of the office

This is a hybrid role and the ideal candidate must be able to come and work in the Crawley office 2 to 3 days a week.

Requirements

Experience

  • 2 years + administration/office experience
  • Excellent communicator verbal and written
  • Strong organisation skills with ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
  • Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft applications
  • Comfortable using Excel spreadsheets and ensuring data is input accurately
  • Great attention to detail
  • Can-do and flexible attitude
  • Experience using CRM systems is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
  • Must be able to come into the Crawley office to work 2 to 3 days a week and be flexible on which days
