You’ll be supporting a REALLY busy group training manager who’s responsible for all things within Learning & Development for this construction business. This dept is responsible for organising updated training courses, specific skills training and continued learning for all the staff – essentially, you’ll be helping make sure all staff and operatives are compliant as a priority and then organising training to help them develop their careers. Lots of job satisfaction!

Due to the nature of this role, you’ll be based in the head office full-time. They’ll be times when you may go out to visit projects and site staff, but largely you’ll be working closely with the training manager in a support function.

Your attitude and personality are far more important than qualifications to be honest, so long as you have some decent admin experience under your belt. You’ll need to be pretty good at picking up document control systems and have naturally amazing organisation skills! Other than that, just a willingness to get the job done.

You’ll work in amazing offices and earn up to £35k with some pretty good benefits on top.
