POSITION: Full-time – Admin – SR Learning Management Development

( Minimum of 40 hours/week )

Description:

In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver with strong project management skills.

To be successful in this role, you should have good communication skills to communicate with the employees and contribute some effective ideas and programs. Your goal will be to ensure that our training programs are engaging, educational, organize, and run smoothly.

The preferred candidate is a service-minded and energetic individual who thrives working in a fast-paced international environment, and who enjoys supporting colleagues and clients in a changing environment with both ad hoc and administrative services related to training management.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis with department heads bi-annually or as requested by Management
  • Create and develop Programs for Cross-Functional Training of staff
  • Management and Administration of the Learning Management System including enrolling users, creating courses, user accounts management, editing/updating content, and eLearning rollouts
  • Convert meeting and training videos into a training manual
  • Creating Program Briefs and keeping proper records
  • Creating and Implementing a Training Calendar and ensuring compliance
  • Creating SOPs for the L&D department and fostering a training culture in the company
  • Record Training videos for programs
  • Facilitate training conducted by various departments
  • Introduce new methods and processes for encouraging a Learning culture
  • Update Head HR with the Progress of the L&D department

System requirements:

  • Minimum of 10mbps or higher
  • Minimum of i5 processor laptop or desktop
  • Minimum of 16GB Ram
  • Minimum of 512GB HDD or SSD
  • Headset with noise cancelation
  • Home-office setup with a quiet location

Working hours:

In our firm, the minimum requirement and non-negotiable is 40 hours a week, which may include possible weekend shifts, mandatory meetings, training, and events with staff and clients. During tax season, a high fluctuation of hours (50 – 60 hours) is expected and you may be called upon to assist other teams when needed.
