Job description
  • Responsible for all administrative duties related to human resources for the division including reclassification, promotion, termination, vacancy announcement, position description, etc.
  • Inputting in SCEIS and agency HR system.
  • Prepares and maintains employee performance management system (EPMS) reports, tracks mandatory training and attendance/time for all division staff.
  • Monitors compliance with fiscal budget; consults with program personnel regarding funds and preparation of funding and procurement for IT equipment / services.
  • Monitor’s training funds and travel vouchers.
  • Assist assistant division Director with procurement activities for all agency IT requests to Include entry of shopping carts, receipt of goods, reconciling monthly credit card bill, etc.
  • Monitors and approves IT invoices.
  • Work closely with division employees, vendors, and division accounting, budget, and procurement to ensure proper processing of it purchases, maintenance contract renewals, etc.
  • Coordinate’s routine and divisional reports for dissemination to various agency management and state officials.
  • Coordinates division calendars, project lists, and monthly vehicle log reports.
  • Provides primary logistical and administrative support for division.
  • Orders and maintains stock of general office supplies for division.
  • Administrator for hardware and software maintenance /service contracts.
  • Managed print services contract administrator.
  • Coordinates all leases for IT contracts for copiers, printers, and PC's.
  • Coordinates all multifunction printer deployment, supplies, and meter reads for agency.
  • IT staff augmentation (beeline) contract administrator.
  • DMV member services administrator.
  • Pcard purchaser for IT equipment supplies, for end user computing supplies, and for emergency procurement under $2,500.00.
  • Assists in updating, auditing, and order entry to cell phone carriers.
  • Prepares cell service billing audits to agency and performs updates and changes. Supports other division/central office entities when called upon to assist.

State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services. a bachelor's degree may be substituted for required work experience.
