The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled, experienced administrative assistant to our Trio Community Meals team in Magee, MS. As an administrative assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide a wide range of administrative support to a diverse team of professionals. This role is non-exempt and you will be paid hourly.

Please note: This position will also learn how to drive routes and will be a back up delivery driver if needed.

What you'll be doing:

  • Arranging meetings.
  • Organizing projects.
  • Performing a variety of word processing assignments.
  • Handling proprietary and confidential materials.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of administrative experience.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • A valid state driver’s license for the type of vehicle being driven.
  • An acceptable driving record and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.


Nice-to-haves:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Compensation

The rate for this position is $14.00/hr.
