About the team:

The Adjustment Consultant Team supports multiple business units across T. Rowe Price and FIS. We bring a consultative experience to RPS corrections and communicate with a vast array of people leaders and subject matter experts to evaluate and diagnose complex scenarios.

What you will be doing:

As an Adjustment Consultant, you will be communicating with key stakeholders in the research, resolution, and overall improvement of Retirement Plan Services corrections. The Consultants provide a “one stop shop” for submitters to discuss correction methods over a variety of root causes.

• Provide a consultative experience to RPS Adjustments submitters
• Communicate extensively within Operations and Client Service Teams to explain proposed correction methods
• Maintain consistent workload while balancing improvement projects
• Escalate critical issues timely within business units

What you bring:

• Extensive Omni technology knowledge
• Familiar with earnings methods corrections
• Adjustment processing experience a plus
• Organization and written communication within specific error scenarios
