Adjunct Nursing Instructors
Part-time openings in Bottineau, Minot, Jamestown, Valley City, and Fargo
Job Functions and Responsibilities: Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) is seeking part-time instructors to teach undergraduate nursing students and/or assist with clinical instruction.
Responsibilities include lab and/or clinical instruction, selection of course materials, monitoring program progress, nursing skills assessment, course assessment, and clinical supervision. Didactic instruction if qualified. Requirements include strong organizational skills, technical and professional writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications Required: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required to teach lab and clinical courses in the Practical Nursing program. A Master of Science in Nursing, Nursing Education, or related area, or currently enrolled in a master's degree program with an education plan approved by the CNE which will allow completion of the master's degree program within three years is required to teach lab and clinical courses in the Associate Degree Nurse program.
BACKGROUND CHECK: DCB does require a successful background check for the selected candidate prior to beginning employment.
Salary: Competitive salary based on education and experience.
