The Activities Director plays a pivotal role in improving patient care. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and monitoring activities that will enhance the lives of our residents. You will work with an inter-disciplinary team to care plan and create personalized activity plans that will meet the social and therapeutic recreational needs of the facility. Other responsibilities include serving as a liason between resident families and the care team, respond to resident complaints, developing monthly activity calenders, reporting incidents involving residents, and leading resident council meetings.
The ideal candidate has exerienced in skill nursing and is certified as an Activities Director. No experience, necessary.
