Job description

We are searching for a dedicated professional to join our Accounts Payable/Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and possess strong communication skills. The Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk will use Quickbooks Pro to create & process accurate invoices, collect payments, age & print checks to pay Accounts Payable maintain documents and stay organized in a busy office environment.

Must be familiar with MS Excel and Word, other programs such as 3D design and graphics a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Accept payments from customers and record them in the computer records.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person.
• Have a friendly and courteous manner, be hardworking and dependable.
• Be a team player.
• Have good time management skills.
• Have good people skills.
• Be familiar with basic office equipment, such as computers and printer/scanners.
• Assist with other important office and client management duties.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
