Wool Plumbing Supply is seeking an accounts receivable lead to control and manage all receivable functions at one of our most active locations. This is a fast-paced position, and the candidate should have experience processing a large volume of account/credit customer invoices and COD account invoices. Excellent customer communications skills are required.

Main duties include:

• Posting customer payments in our ERP system.
• Approving release of sales orders when customer exceeds credit limit.
• Resolving past due accounts by examining customer terms, payment history, and credit line; Initiates calls to customers when necessary to collect balances due.
• Engaging in various other administrative tasks that are required.
• Experience with Notice to Owners and Release of Liens is beneficial.
• Running credit card register and other end of day tasks.
• Preparing bank deposits.

Wool Plumbing Supply uses Eclipse ERP distribution management software. Experience with this program would be beneficial, however training will be provided.
