Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist (FT)
Job description
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Receiving deposits and entering into accounting.
- Collecting money owed from Customers.
- Providing reviews and recommendations for Customer credit.
- Implementing collections strategy with branches.
- Working with the Billing team to correct invoicing issues.
- AR reporting and reconciliation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Attention to detail.
- Adaptability and conscientiousness.
- Willing to help whenever it is needed - team player.
- Taking the initiative to be proactive.
- Highly efficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
