ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk who is self-driven, goal orientated, and who can work independently in our Corporate Office in Woburn, MA.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule – 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
The Accounts Payable Clerk’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing payable invoices for accuracy and approvals.
- Keying invoices as necessary and printing checks to pay vendors.
- Matching checks to invoices, tracking all unsigned checks, mailing checks to vendors, and maintaining invoices for filing.
- Provides support to corporate and field personnel about accounts payable issues.
To perform the job successfully, qualified candidates must have 6 months to a year of experience in Accounting, Banking or Customer Service. Strong oral and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively is also a requirement.
