Job description
Responsibilities:
- Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries.
- Ensure credit is received for outstanding credit memos.
- Daily activities include data entry, sorting, and scanning.
- Manage spreadsheets
- Review purchase orders, checks, and daily reports to match invoices received to the vendor or department's records.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Prepare checks for payment by entering the data into the computer.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Experience/Skills:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
- Customer Service
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Adobe Editor
- Sage Peachtree (preferred)
