Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure finances are up-to-date and accurate.
• Continuously process a substantial volume of vendor/manufactures’ invoices.
• Disburse vendor payment, while monitoring discount opportunities and cost savings.
• Ensure and verify accurate records through systematic data entry activities and filing.
• Daily interaction and communication with the accounting department and other respective department members.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with vendors/manufactures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in office administration and/or customer service
• Some knowledge in accounting is a PLUS
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Must be punctual and dependable

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
