We have a brand new opening for an accounts payable and receivable associate in Cottage Grove! You will be working for an innovative and well-known fitness equipment manufacturer who truly cares about their employees. Our client does offer a full benefit package once hired on!
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: Up to $22/hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform collection calls to customers
- Provide AR aging reports to accounting manager or controller
- Enter, process, and track all invoices
- Prepare bank reconciliation reports
- Reconcile and process transactions
Qualifications:
- Experience with bank account reconciliations
- AR and AP experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Comfortable with Excel
