Cambridge Investment Research Inc., one of the nation’s top independent broker-dealers, is actively looking for a person who has a passion for numbers and customer service to join the Accounting Department for a full time Feebilling Specialist position. The FeeBilling Specialist position works under the direction of Accounting leadership and functions as a team member of our FeeBilling and Processing team in our Fairfield, Iowa office.

Essential Duties:
  • Update information in Accounting database software including but not limited to daily transactions, schedules, and general ledger entries related to receipt and reporting of revenue
  • Provide customer service related to Accounting and supply information as needed at request of management, company associates, and financial professionals
  • Process scheduled compensation including precise management fee and service fee calculations
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters though planning and protecting security of information, data and files
Education & Experience:
Six months to one-year related experience, education and/or training.


Compensation: $34,000-$38,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
