Job description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
- Report financial results in timely manner
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Analyze and prepare reports outline the company's financial position
- Oversee and monitor accounts receivable and monitor cash availability and liquidity.
- Provide support to the VP of Finance and the VP of Operations
- Certify the accuracy and timeliness of incentives calculations, payments, and accruals.
- Lead year-end review
- Act as liaison with the external CPA firm.
- Perform job costing reports and assessments
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including a high level in Microsoft Excel
- Sage100 experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills
Hours: 8:00 am -4:30 pm Monday-Friday *Temporary while covering a leave*
Pay rate: $30.00-$40.00/hr
