Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist to join the Holman family in Vancouver, WA!

Within the Accounting Technician role there will be the following support positions within the team: Vehicle Administration, Incentives, Banking, AR, and AP.

What will you do?

  • Communicate proactively and effectively with others in the company on a regular basis
  • Work with vendors to resolve billing issues as needed
  • Perform deposit function for multiple entities as needed
  • Assist with transactional basis accounting and various reporting requirements
  • Scanning and other administrative tasks as needed

What are we looking for?

  • Ability and Willingness to adapt to new technology as we constantly work to improve our processes
  • Strong organizational and excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft office including outlook and excel
  • Dealership experience a plus
  • Experience with CDK/ADP a plus

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
