Job Summary: The FICO Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and technical support to SAP FI/CO users by resolving issues and implementing best practice processes. This position will focus on the configuration of SAP through collaboration and analyzing of potential gaps. As well as the development of detailed functional requirements or technical specification documents based on business needs. Providing on-going support and problem-solving will be an essential duty of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service to end users for application support by logging, routing, and resolving incoming requests for FI/CO-related process or system issues and bugs quickly and efficiently.
• Continuously seek new opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency of business processes by analyzing potential gaps in functionality and recommend configuration and non-configuration solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to analyze business processes, define solutions, and communicate required changes.
• Capture detailed meeting records during project meetings and user group meetings.
• Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms, and workflow.
• Perform SAP configuration accurately and efficiently to create quality business solutions and automate business processes and systems.
• Develop, document and revise standard operating procedures, user documentation, business process workflows and training guides.
• Utilize and actively manage user stories and tasks in the IT project management system of record, Target Process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience is required
• 1 to 2 years of SAP FICO experience
• Experience using SAP ECC 6.0.
• Experience with ERP configuration and project management preferred.
• Understanding of and experience with FICO terms and methodologies.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, computer knowledge and skills, and effective oral and written communication skills.

SAP FI/CO Preferred Experience: Product Costing, Fixed Assets, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, Intercompany Accounting, Bank Accounting. Knowledge of the integration points between SD, MM, WM and FI/CO.

Other Systems Preferred Experience: Target Process, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Blackline, Planful, Vena, Serrala, Avalara, SXe, Agility, Vertex, Concur, OpenText, DataServ.
