Job description
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports
- Assist auditors
- Maintain required files and data
- Reconcile and rectify ledger accounts
- Renew corporate licenses
- Maintain historical records
- Respond to state and local tax notices
- Assist in month end reporting procedures
- Process accounts payables and general administrative tasks as needed
- Assist the director of accounting as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in accounting
Required Skills
Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point, Excel, and Word
Additional Notes: Must be self- motivated and willing to be part of a team. Confidentiality is expected as a member of the Accounting Department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.70 per hour
