Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA

Pay: $20-21 an hour

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk with expertise in Concur to join our team. As the Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing our travel expenses and accounts payable activities using Concur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and review expense reports on a daily basis
• Extract and analyze data from Concur to generate reports
• Pull various reports from Concur and other financial software
• Verify and process employee expense reports and travel requests
• Reconcile accounts payable statements with vendor invoices
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies in accounting records
• Assist with the monthly closing process and financial statement preparation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Strong understanding of Concur software and ability to use it proficiently
• Experience in processing and analyzing travel expenses and accounts payable transactions
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
