Progressive Commerce is a 35 established national leader in third party order processing and e-commerce with two smaller divisions in Medical Furnishings and b2b Travel Marketing. We are growing and are looking for a key individual for a range of accounting and office support duties including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliations in a small office setting. Additional duties include support of general office needs, operations support and administration. Competitive benefits including Profit Bonus, Priority Health medical, Dental and Optical insurance.
Experience Requirements:
- Successful candidate must have proven experience in a similar capacity.
- Completion of a 4 year degree preferred and have had a minimum 2 years previous relevant experience.
Skill Requirements:
- Candidate must be comfortable using a variety of integrated accounting and operational software systems.
- Excellent personal organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good typing and computer skills 55wpm or more preferred
- Ability to work in a team setting or independently
