Support the company through protocol and reports management. Perform complex data and operational analysis focused on achieving business goals and objectives in support of and working directly with the finance team. Utilizes data analysis, work plans and audit tools to appropriately analyze and trend information to support operational and procedural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times.
  • Responsible for working with leadership team on review and maintenance of processes and procedures in operational department.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day accounting and finance function; confirm that proper daily financial transactions are recorded in the general ledger on a timely/accurate basis (A/R, A/P, Inventory)
  • Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of protocols, programs or deliverables.
  • Administer all aspects of data reporting.
  • Produce data reports for the sales team to utilize in customer business review meetings.
  • Work with Business Solutions Group to improve and streamline client reporting.
  • Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed changes to aide management in making decisions.
  • Identify areas of improvement as related to efficiency and productivity of data gathering and reporting management.
  • Identify resolutions to problems, communicate action steps with all parties involved, and maintain corrected data for future queries
  • Supports team develop and improve processing of contract modifications.
  • Develop recommendations and solutions resulting from data.
  • Work with team members and supervisors to make decisions to profitably and aggressively grow the business.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.

Preferred

  • Minimum one year experience in detailed business analysis reporting.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, and proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Background in accounting.
