ACCOUNTING/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – Providence Point (Issaquah, WA)
HOAMCO is seeking an Accounting Admin Assistant to support our Providence Point community located in Issaquah, WA. This position assists with AP/AR issues, work order invoicing, bank deposits, and administrative support in a high-trust environment. We are looking for an experienced professional with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. *Immediate Opening*
This full-time position is eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment for Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holiday Pay, and more. Apply today and become part of our amazing team!
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience as an Admin or similar experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Professional demeanor and dependability
Job Duties:
  • Accounting and administrative tasks as provided, working both independently and with colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-directed, with customer service skills for our residents and Board Directors.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
