Acara Solutions is looking for a Accountant for our client located in Cape Canaveral, FL

• The accountant is responsible for monthly/ quarterly/ annual financial close cycles and reporting and analysis.
• They will work with manufacturing to develop and maintain effective budgets and costs associated with organizational operations.
• Monthly financial close JE's and close procedures and reconciliations
• Collecting and analysing data about the company's operational costs
• Developing and analysing job costs
• Performing account reconciliations of inventory and CIP projects
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accountant

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Master's degree in accounting and finance
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in accountant in a manufacturing environment; space/aerospace industry.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, job costing software.
• ERP software experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
