Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 a year

Days: Mon - Fri

Time: 9 am - 5:30 pm

POSITION DEFINITION

The Account Manager reports to the Operations Manager. The Account Manager is the primary contact between customers and Imperial to ensure customer satisfaction. The Account Manager's primary responsibility is to develop customer relations and provide information to assist the operation with strategy and insights. The Account Manager is the main bridge between the Customers and Imperial Building Maintenance. The Account Manager must build healthy relationships with the Customers, inspire trust, and become the customers' go-to person to solve every need they have. After gathering information from the primary source, the Account Manager's duties are to transfer the data to the system and provide everything collected to the Area Manager. It is crucial to ensure that the communication is always on point, reinforce dependability and help keep the consistency always up to our standards.


JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Oversee and interact with several customers within a geographic area to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsible for customer relations. Visit clients regularly and develop a solid and stable relationship with them.

Respond daily to oral (during visits or phone calls) and/or e-mail requests from customers.

Provide customers with continuous feedback.

Perform thorough inspections to ensure our services are according to our standards.

Keep high communication standards with Area Manager by communicating daily to the Area Manager with all requests and/or complaints from customers so Area Manager can assure all is performed properly. When necessary, visit customer sites at night to ensure all customers' requests and/or complaints are solved.

Understand the scope of work for each account.

Ensure compliance with the company's policies and operational guidelines.

Support first-shift Area Supervisors in case of emergencies.

Go to new accounts installation processes.

Measure customers' sites and provide pricing for extra services requested by customers as needed.

Go to sales presentations as needed.

Other duties as required.


ROLE-BASED COMPETENCIES

High standard verbal and written communication skills.

Customer relations experience.

Multi-tasking skills.

Availability to respond to customers' and coworkers' needs during non-business hours.

Commercial cleaning experience is a big plus.

Spanish is a big plus.

Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record are required to operate company vehicles to and from customer work sites. Travel is required for this position.

Computer skills.

EDUCATION NEEDED

4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent level of professional experience.

Master's degree is a plus.
