We are searching for a Territory Manager to add to our Farmington, NM location.

Pay Range: $40,000-80,000 per year, with commission and bonuses

Who we're looking for:

We are a solutions-oriented, fast-growing company seeking a Territory Manager (TM) to expand our sales team. We are locally owned and operated and are backed by the national buying power of over 400 stores and six regional distribution centers.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of documented successful direct sales experience.
  • Excellent sales skills with documented success in growing a sales territory.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation and objection-countering skills.
  • Excellent computer/technology skills.
  • Skill in proactively communicating (both verbal and written) to establish relationships and influence decisions.
  • Motivated and results-driven, with a strong drive to succeed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Direct experience in the HVAC/R industry is a plus but not necessary,
  • Experience in a similar contractor-based sales environment is preferable.

The Opportunity:

The TM will work out of our Farmington, NM location and will be responsible for developing and offering solutions to new and existing customer accounts and increasing sales across a defined territory, utilizing a consultative sales process.
