Palladium Care, LLC Seeking experienced and FULLY certified CBRF staff care providers. Must be listed on the Wisconsin State Registry. Opportunity for growth and leadership.

Our start pay for caregivers is $1/hr

every other weekend required

We are in search of experienced and compassionate Certified CBRF Caregivers who understand the importance of meeting the needs of Residents while helping them maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for a dependable, responsible, and committed individual who has impeccable communication skills and interested in a rewarding career providing care to our Residents.

Knowledge, Skills, and Minimum Requirements:

· Current certified in the State of Wisconsin (CBRF). Must have ALL CBRF Training on the registry: (Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid and Choking, Medication Administration)

· Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & vehicle insurance

· Must pass a criminal background check

· Must pass Department of Health Services background check

· Physical documentation of Free from communicable disease including Tuberculosis (TB) test/screen done by a medical professional within 6 months of hire.

· Freedom from the use and effects of the use of drugs in the workplace

· 4 years of experience minimum. Must provide previous employer information for employment verification.

· Experience and knowledge working with Residents who have a mental illness, chronic and acute conditions

· Ability to occasionally lift 50+ pounds, bend, twist, reach, stand and walk on an ongoing basis

· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision as well in a team setting

· Read, write, speak and understand the English

· Prompt and regular attendance is required

· Flexible availability schedule

· Every other Weekend and holidays required

· Capable to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift upon request

Key Responsibilities:

· Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports residents' dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality.

· Assist with ADLs and IDLs to each Resident as indicated in their Care Plan.

· Reviews Resident Care Plans daily for any changes.

· Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of each Resident

· Provide medication management & administer medications as indicated in the medication administration report.

· Demonstrate knowledge of and follows infection control procedures.

· Assist in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment by providing housekeeping services.

· Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements

· Assist with individual and group social/recreational activities as well as encouraging Resident participation in activities
