We are looking for a motivated individual to work as a Frame Clerk in our Optical Lab!

As a Frame Clerk you are responsible for keeping stock and pulling frame styles selected by the customer for each order. If you can thrive in a fast-paced work environment, have strong attention to detail, and are results driven, then apply today!

This is a full- time entry-level position with hours from 4:30pm-1:00am. Employees will receive on the job training, while optical or stocking experience is helpful, no experience is necessary. The starting wage for this position is $17.00/hr.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

• Know the order of production and make sure the "PRIORITY JOBS" are ran first
• Learn and retain knowledge of frame types, sizes, colors, etc.
• Receive orders from online printer or Data Entry Department and tray up all orders
• Read work ticket to select proper frame and send to Tracing Department
• Pull the selected frame and place in optical tray
• Properly scan trays in and out of your department
• Order and prepare frame kits for different fitting sites
• Maintain adequete inventory and order frames as needed
• Orgainize back ordered frames and communicate back orders as necessary
• Check all orders upon delivery and restock frame bins
• Check all packing slips on incoming deliveries and turn into AP Department
• Process returns or exchanges and turn into AP Department
• Pull and log all Frame Warranties

Work Environment

This position is located in our Frame Department of our optical labratory and operates in a production/manufacturing type setting. The temperature can sometimes be warm and the noise level can be somewhat loud. This position also requires working in close proximity to a diverse group of other co-workers.#JT
