Likewize is searching for well-rounded, motivated and hardworking 2023 graduates to join our Global Graduate Rotational Program at our global headquarters in Southlake, TX.
During your rotational program, you will learn about our business, industry and get the opportunity to start your career with a great company that values career growth.
You will rotate every 6 months during your first 2 years and will spend time in a combination of Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, Marketing, People Management, as well as in our Call Center and Fulfillment Center.
In addition to the rotations, the program offers continuous learning & development opportunities– formal training on core business skills through interactive live sessions, access to workshops and online courses, taking part in team projects, and working with a large supportive network of colleagues across different countries.
Below is a brief description of some of the areas you will experience:

Sales:
Working to effectively identify and secure sales business opportunities through the successful growth and development of both existing and new business relationships. This will require developing and maintaining detailed knowledge of the customer's business strategy, purchasing behavior, organization, decision-makers, customer business drivers, economic trends, and competition.

Product Management:
Driving specific projects and collaborate with a great team of dedicated product managers. Working in a cross-functional team throughout the company and attain a deeper understanding of the company and the role of a product manager. Partnering with product managers to determine opportunities to improve the customer experience, increase gross profit, and identify features that differentiate versus the competition.

Finance:
Covering all areas of finance from central functions such as accounts receivable and payable, treasury, tax, and internal audit, budgeting, reporting, controlling to specific commercial teams for divisions.

Operations:
Working on projects from their inception, carry out detailed analysis, and help make recommendations that have a genuinely positive impact on our customers. Collaborating with colleagues from around the business to solve a variety of challenges and implementing change.
Some of the project outcomes could include:
  • Improving how we operate
  • Managing costs
  • Better alignment of people
  • Improving the efficiency of processes

Marketing:
Responsible for the creation of marketing communication collateral to increase brand awareness and engagement with key target markets, customers, partners, and colleagues. This can include digital content, social media, email marketing, video and animation, sales materials, and technical documentation. As a creative content creator, you will be playing a key part in ensuring we are engaging with both our current and potential customers.

People Management:
Playing a huge part in encouraging learning and development; championing a diverse culture; improving the wellbeing of the workforce, planning for the future of our organization, and helping to attract, recruit & retain our people.

Call Center:
Being an integral part of the customer service function and wider operations team, with the overall aim of providing the best possible customer experience. Key responsibilities will include focusing on customer experience and improving satisfaction, analyzing data and customer feedback to improve business processes and the customer journey.

Fulfillment Center:
Being part of the various teams in the fulfillment centers, learning the basic skills, and contributing to the main units of the warehouse operations including Stock Management, Inventory, Planning, Dispatch, Bulk/POS.

Timeline:
The program will start in June 2023 and will last until 2025.
The recruitment process will run between March to May 2023.
The offers are to be finalized by beginning of May 2023 for a start date in June 2023.

Preferred Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, graduating in May 2023.
