Position Title: 1.0 Teaching Assistant/Building Monitor 10-Month
Brief Description: Teaching Assistant to work in various programs and throughout the school. Position may include 1:1, intervention, AIS. Bus duty as well. 39.75 hours per week.
Current Location: Ithaca High School
Anticipated Date: October 11, 2022

Required Qualifications:

Possession of New York State Teaching Assistant or Teacher certification is required
Minimum 60 college credits
Desired Characteristics:
Proven ability to interact effectively with students and their families who represent cultures that are diverse in terms of race, class, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and other characteristics in order to build an effective and collaborative school community;
Minimum Salary: $17.16 per hour base with additional rate based on relevant experience
