Job description
Sales training on charter management programs and product lines will be provided.
- Manage the leads allocations received in the CRM to brokers on a daily basis.
- Manage a team of brokers spread across America and support them to maximize sales.
- Recruit and train new brokers as necessary to meet the business growth objectives
- Organize events to maximize sales (webinar, group presentation in boat shows, interviews, brokers training, promotion videos…)
- Work with marketing team to develop the DYS market and increase number of new leads.
- Assist with the integration of new products and programs to our offer for yacht sales
- Oversee every aspect of the Yacht Sales administration needed from the time a boat is sold until it is accepted by the new owner (BC, MSO, Bill of Sale, Insurance, transport, MMSI number…)
- Inform brokers and owner at every stage the boat is in (ex facto date, date it will depart France, date of arrival at destination, missing equipment on board…)
- Work with base managers and commissioning team manager in France to have the boats received and commissioned in America and organize the handover to the new owners (retail boats).
- Evaluate the prospect's yachting needs and match with product and / or charter management solutions
- Always be aware of the competition offer to anticipate and react accordingly.
- Approve all purchase agreement and management contract before sent for signature.
- Deal with problematic customers situations when broker cannot handle it.
- Administrative and personal management.
- Working in relation with other DYC services. (Operational, Accounting, Sales, Administrative etc.)
- Organize boat shows in USA along with the marketing team
- Manage the boat shows and the team of brokers during the events.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and sales skills
- Very good management and motivation skills
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft suite and CRM software
- The ability to work both independently and as part of team
- Strong closing skills
- Very good administrative skills
- A passion for sailing and boating in general
- Good organization skills
