Job description
TriValley Primary Care is seeking Clinical Support Team Members, including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Certified Medical Assistants. Applicants must be licensed or certified, or pending licensing or certification with a scheduled exam.
Successful candidates enjoy working in an office setting, can manage the fast pace of Family Practice, and are interested in enhancing the patient experience within our offices. Job duties include, but are not limited to, patient intake, recording vital signs and the patients’ reason for visit, addressing patient care gaps within established standards of care, administering vaccines, and helping patients coordinate care.
Additional duties of advanced candidates may include prior authorizations for prescription medications and advanced imaging studies, medical supply and vaccine supply management, training students, triage incoming telephone calls, telephonic nursing, episodic care management, and chronic care management. Our clinical team includes chronic care managers who oversee a complex panel of patients and engage with those patients on a regular basis.
Applicants must possess experience sufficient to thoroughly cope with the demands of a busy Family Practice setting and have excellent computer and communication skills. Successful candidates are self-motivated, be able to work alone and as a team, and be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. Applicants should also be vaccinated for Flu and COVID.
TriValley has both Full time and Part time positions available! Hours vary by office location, however most schedules will include rotational Saturday morning hours and may include a rotational evening shift.
TriValley has offices in both Montgomery and Bucks Counties. Our locations include: Pennsburg, Quakertown, Sellersville, Perkasie, Souderton, Telford, Harleysville, Lansdale and Willow Grove. When applying, please indicate your preferred location.
Medical and Dental insurances are available the first of the month after 60 days of employment. TriValley offers vacation and sick time after 6 months of employment.
