Looking to hire - Graphic designer to design and develop websites must have extensive/expert knowledge of Wordpress . Responsible for designing visual elements for use online, reflecting a company's branding and design aesthetic. A Web Designer, or Senior Web Designer to work on front end side of producing a website. Responsible for designing visual elements for use online, reflecting a company's branding and design aesthetic. Create layouts for landing pages, product pages and other areas of the website and test different designs to see which are most effective.

Responsibilities:

· Ability to take direction form the Account Manager, Creative Director and Project manager and execute print and web designs that strongly communicate the client's brand and goals

· Ability to execute designs in a timely fashion that meet the required specification for the job

· Ability to carefully review work to ensure it is as accurate as possible before handing off to the project manager for review prior to client delivery

· Assure deadline are met on all projects

· Provide design and production support for existing web sites we manage along with updates

• Source images in support of online creative
• Understand the creative and marketing objectives for each project assigned
• Work with digital team to extend and optimize Web functionality, site architecture, user interface and navigation
• Produce, optimize and output final Web-ready digital artwork in support of site updates
• Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process
• Must have A flexible approach and a willingness to accept feedback and incorporate it into their designs

Qualifications

• Sophisticated sense of design/style
• Strong design fundamentals (type, image, color)
• Ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences
• Working understanding of Web best practices
• Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing
• Collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member
• Resourceful self-starter who gets things done
• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills required
• Ability to use a Mac
• Understand mobile first experiences
• Ability to input data into a computer
• Must be able to operate keyboard and mouse simultaneously

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Graphic design or social media internship experience a plus
• Proven talent in graphic and interactive design
• Complete mastery of advanced Photoshop, with strong photo compositing skills
• 3 + years Web design experience
• Retail/fashion design and/or ecommerce experience a plus
• Working knowledge of Indesign and Illustrator
• Proficiency in web optimization. HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specify Photoshop, Wordpress

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
