The Warehouse Supervisor will:

• Analyzes, organizes, plans and administers various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for one or more programs of moderate scope.

• Analyzes contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.

• Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies. Identifies, prioritizes, and assesses key logistics assets and infrastructures.

• Assists in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.

• Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.

• Lead a team of 5-7 employees.

• Train team members on established process and procedures.

• Promote a cross-functional team environment.

• Receive and record incoming assets in the provided systems.

• Operate a forklift.

• Deliver parts to other base locations.

• Track program metrics to ensure performance compliance.

• Present results to leadership

• Ability to work required overtime and occasional Saturday's.

• All other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Lead.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain base access and/or security clearance if project requires.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain NASCC base.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years related experience in the logistics field.

• Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 8 years of experience specific to operational needs.

• In lieu of a degree 5 years of relative experience is required.

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs or more.

• Knowledge in using Microsoft tools (Excel and Power Point) - familiar with basic formulas.

• ROL/MSS skills a plus.

• Possess good communication and organizational skills.

• Possess strong leadersip command skills

• Able to multi-task.

• Perform all other duties assigned by manager.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand - between 2 to 3 hours per day.

• Must be able to walk - between 4 to 5 hours per day.

• Must be able to Lift - up to 35 lbs. – 50 lbs. periodically.

• Must be able to squat, knell, bend, reach and climb periodically.

• Must be able to work outside and inside in non-climate-controlled environments.
