Clyde Iron Works is seeking Servers to join our team. These individuals will provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience. Representing the reputation of Clyde, servers are energetic, informative, friendly, and efficient. They anticipate the needs of guests and are quick to correct any problem. Servers must have menu and product knowledge in order to assist guests with meal selection.

Responsibilities:
Server duties include but are not limited to:

• Complete detailed to-do lists
• Greet guests
• Recommend food and beverage menu items
• Take food and beverage orders, and deliver in a timely manner
• Monitor and ensure guests are having a positive dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Prepare final bill and accept payments
• Communicate issues to management
• Help other team members when needed
• Familiarity with upcoming Clyde events

Skills:

• Restaurant and serving experience preferred
• Ability to adapt easily in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent people skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Familiarity with sanitation and safety regulations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Restaurant type:

• 8 hour shift

• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Duluth, MN 55806: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
