$3,200/week -- 48 hrs - $35.15/hr, $52.73 OT, $1372 per diem
$2,400/week - 36 hrs - $28.56/hr, $42.83 OT, $1372 per diem
6/5, 6/12 start date
8 or 13 weeks
No COVID declination accepted, No flu declination accepted
BLS, ACLS, PALS required
5 days RTO or less accepted
