Hello St. Pete and Gulfport Fitness Community! We’re seeking a motivated self starter to help run our gym! We are looking for a part timer (10 hrs a week) to start, and the position will quickly grow to 15-20 hours within 2 months.

Technical Requirements:

• 2+ years of office management experience, preferably in fitness or an IT start up
• Experience and love of detail oriented work - scheduling, billing, tracking deliverables
• Enjoyment of social media content creation and interacting with people
• Lead generation and follow up with prospective clients
• You can pass a background check and drug screen upon request
• Possession of authorization to work in the US
• A combination of weekday mornings and some afternoons

What you will do:

• Manage client bookings and schedule changes
• Assist with social media campaigns by taking photos and videos, creating posts and responding to queries
• Perform quality assurance and reviews of our website, reviews, social media and documentation
• Fully manage vendor events and serve as the face of our studio, managing all public relations
• Liaise with our bookkeeper to make sure all receipts and invoices are correctly filed
• Ensure that every client has a complete and comprehensive exercise program in our system by working with their coaches
• Identify opportunities and engaging prospective Members during intro sessions: complete assessments and converting leads to Membership through a compelling and best-in-class experience.
• Respond to Client and Member needs, questions, and feedback.
• Assist in the cleaning, organization, and ongoing daily maintenance of the gym space, including opening, closing, and on-shift protocols.
• Serve as a communications lead with members, trainers and prospective members
• Run errands and occasionally make supply pick ups
