MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Outreach Worker is responsible for initial interviews, assessments, referrals and follow-ups
on all clients who are interested in seeking assistance from the agency or other community
resources. They are responsible for assessing eligibility for agency programs, collecting required
documentation and completing applications.
