Weare seeking a New Product Operations Manager in Goertek, Santa Clara office tohandle new product development (NPI) of consumer electronic products.

Thisis a Mid-Senior level position, responsible for overall coordination between aUS-based customer and Goertek teams. You will ensure the successful launchproducts towards meeting its stated cost, quality, schedule, availability andcustomer experience goals.

Responsibilities

• Assess,analyze, consolidate and communicate risk and status clearly and succinctly tomanagement, calling out key issues and presenting options for resolution to thecross-functional executive team.
• Providelinks from the customer Ops & Engineering Team to the factory teams.
• Implementand review operational, planning, and auditing.
• Workwith the Engineer team for manufacturing operations
• Updateand advise manufacturing on operational problems.
• Yieldand UPH improvement.
• Workwith Material team to handle material readiness to ensure part availability.
• Communicaterequirements and schedules to the Material Control and Engineering team.
• MPS/Demandforecast pull in/push out.

Requirements

• 
  BSin Industrial engineering or related disciplines with 4+ years' experience ofNPI management in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Consumer ElectronicsIndustry experience will be a strong plus.
• Demonstratedleadership and teamwork skills.
• Workingknowledge of basic manufacturing techniques - tooling, injection molding, metalstamping, assembly, and testing.
• Workingknowledge of production and quality control procedures used in a manufacturingenvironment.
• Experiencedwith CM on a complete build of FATP assembly and module level design is a plus.
• Goodoral and written communications skills, the ability to converse in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Internationaltravel to Asia up to 20% of the time.
